These cupcakes are adorable and sure to raise eyebrows.

They look difficult but really they are very simple.

I used the cupcake recipe from the family cupcakes i made.

MMF (marshmallow fondant) is just below

Ingredients -

- 230 g of white marshmallows
 - 1 tbs of water
- 350 g of icing sugar

Method -

- place the marshmallows and water in the microwave and heat until melted.
- mix in half of the icing sugar and slowly add the remaining till a dough is formed
 - make sure its not too stiff other wise it will be hard to work with and also not too sticky.

Its great fun to play fondant. You color it with different colors and make all sorts of stuff. Find the creative side of you and have fun.

I made this for my aunty. :)
